Qualifications

• Higher technical qualification in engineering or related fields.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes in high-volume environments.
• Able to follow structured work instructions and document details precisely.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies, quality systems and cleanroom protocols.
• Execute daily production activities according to plans and SOPs.
• Monitor process parameters and equipment status for stable manufacturing.
• Identify and escalate production issues to engineers or shift leads.
• Operate multiple machines in a highly automated cleanroom environment.
• Record abnormalities and deviations to ensure traceability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
