Job summary

You will work closely with Manufacturing and Process Engineers, performing machine operations, changeovers, and data recording. The position requires 12-hour shifts, including nights, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or Applied Sciences required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts including night shifts.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Strong adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to operate in a highly automated cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies, quality systems, and cleanroom protocols.
• Execute daily production activities according to plans and SOPs.
• Monitor production flow, cycle time, and WIP to support OTD.
• Operate multiple machines in a highly automated cleanroom.
• Identify and escalate production issues to engineers or shift leads.
• Record and report abnormalities with traceability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and data collection.
• Assist in AI-enabled enhancements within scope of work.
