Job summary

Griffin HR Consultancy Pte. Ltd. seeks a results-driven sales professional to join our semiconductor division in Kranji, Singapore.

This role blends technical knowledge, sales, and account management to identify business opportunities and recommend technical solutions for semiconductor customers. You will develop and maintain client relationships, monitor market trends, and coordinate with operations and design teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Prior experience in the semiconductor industry in Singapore, Taiwan, or China will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare product presentations and specifications based on customer technical requirements.
• Manage commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and sales agreements with clients.
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations and design, to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.
