Micron Singapore invites applications for an University Internship Program in the Technology Products Group (TPG). Interns will contribute to next-generation semiconductor technology development through projects spanning process development, materials engineering, device characterization, and modelling.
You may work on AI-enabled engineering workflows and advanced analytics, with assignments at Fab10 or MSB. Duration: at least 4 months.

This internship offers opportunities to contribute to next‑generation semiconductor technology development and advanced research within Micron's Technology Products Group (TPG). Successful candidates will work with researchers and technology development engineers on projects involving semiconductor process development, materials engineering, device characterization, process integration, advanced analytics, modelling, simulation, and technology innovation.
As multiple projects are available across different functions and organisations, shortlisted candidates will be introduced to the relevant project opportunities during the interview process and matched based on their technical background, interests, and business requirements.
Where applicable, interns may leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, advanced analytics, modelling tools, simulation platforms, and AI‑enabled engineering workflows to accelerate research and technology development activities.
Intern contributions will support the development of future semiconductor technologies, engineering innovations, process improvements, and technical capabilities that influence Micron's global technology roadmap.
High‑performing interns may be considered for future internship, graduate research, New College Graduate (NCG), or full‑time employment opportunities within Technology Development and Research organisations, subject to business requirements and performance.
Duration must commit to at least 4 months.
Ideal candidates should be pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
