Job summary

HOYA Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support QC operations on-site. You will assist engineers, perform equipment checks, setup machine recipes, and handle routine maintenance to ensure product quality and process efficiency.

The role requires hands-on involvement in testing, inspections, and inventory management, with a 12-hour rotating shift schedule and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant semiconductor experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks and routine maintenance on quality control equipment to ensure stable operation.
• Assist engineers with troubleshooting and support measurement requests.
• Conduct incoming material inspections, process system releases, and regular cleanroom air particle count measurements.
• Manage quality control spare parts inventory while preparing reports and analyzing trends.
