Job summary

SMARTT PRECISION MFG PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Program/Project Coordinator to support semiconductor initiatives. You will assist the Program Manager with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation to ensure milestones are achieved.

The role requires 2–5 years of coordination experience in a technical environment, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project/program coordination within semiconductor manufacturing or a related technical environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing semiconductor programs.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Support partnership development and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, admin and program updates for internal teams and customers.
• Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Program Manager as needed.
• Ensure all program documentation, records, and communications are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support ad-hoc program-related tasks and initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency.
