The role focuses on growing accounts, leading RFQ activities, managing project execution across the full lifecycle, and ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables with cross-functional teams, including inventory control.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• At least 2 years' exposure in EMS, PCBA, or integrated product assembly environments.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations or program coordination roles.
• Working knowledge of cost structures and pricing considerations within electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end customer programs from inquiry to production ramp-up.
• Build and grow customer accounts by identifying opportunities and driving revenue.
• Lead RFQ activities: pricing evaluation, proposal preparation, submission strategies.
• Manage project execution across lifecycle with timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track program performance, implement action plans, and handle ECO/EOL changes with inventory oversight.
