Job summary

Smartt in Singapore is seeking a capable Program Coordinator to assist the Lead/Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing semiconductor programs. You will help maintain schedules, budgets, and documentation while coordinating with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure milestones are met.

Your role includes preparing reports for stakeholders, monitoring risks, and supporting process improvements. On-site work at Changi North Crescent will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/program coordination in semiconductor manufacturing or related technical environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead/Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing semiconductor programs.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth program execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Program Manager as needed.
• Ensure all program documentation, records, and communications are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support ad-hoc program-related tasks and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
