Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Testing & Process Engineer in Woodlands, Singapore. Establish SOPs for product engineering and testing floor processes, and perform FMEA to mitigate risks during manufacturing.

The role involves reviewing yield data, qualifying testers, and developing DOEs to optimize testing. Fresh graduates are welcome; Singaporeans only. Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, on-site collaboration with the production team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 1 year of experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Establish SOPs for product engineering and testing floor processes.
• Perform FMEA to identify potential process failures.
• Review test yield data and implement yield improvements.
• Determine disposition for hold lots based on yield and quality data.
• Qualify device and hardware testers; generate reports.
• Develop and execute DOE to optimize testing and manufacturing processes.
• Resolve testing issues to support manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with customers on new production specs during NPI.
• Coordinate device startup and transfer activities for smooth production.
