Job summary

Applied Materials South East Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Process Technician to assist engineers in developing process technology for CVD/PVD processes. You will perform basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during runs, and own data collection for measurement and inspection, sharing results with engineers. Interaction with tool owners and potential weekend work are required. Fusionopolis (One North) serves as the work location.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of semiconductor process preferred.
• Candidates with prior semiconductor equipment experience can be considered.
• Experience as technician in Fab/Cleanroom (CVD, PVD, ALD) is an advantage.
• Willing to work one weekend per week and potentially switch to 12-hour shifts in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in developing process technology for advanced CVD/PVD processes.
• Perform basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during process runs and implement changes per engineer.
• Own execution of module processes, data collection for measurement and inspection, and share data with engineers.
• Coordinate with CH and metrology tool owners to align tool time, execute process sequences, and collect feedback.
• Occasional overtime to support process engineering activities.
