Job summary

Qualcomm RF360 Singapore is seeking an Engineering Assistant to support production in device conversion, recipe creation, wafer probing and failure analysis. You will maintain day-to-day manufacturing activities, analyze problems in real time, and ensure smooth process flow with high quality and yield.

The role requires Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, 3 years of semiconductor experience, and strong skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, plus good communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical certificate.
• 3 years of relevant technical experience in semiconductor process technology.
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interaction with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to production in device conversion, recipe creation, wafer probing and failure analysis.
• Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis.
• Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost with cross-functional teams.
• Support process improvement projects on performance, quality, efficiency, cost saving and yield.
