Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven process improvement.
• Experience in process engineering, process optimisation, yield improvement, or semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, or statistical analysis tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Monitor process performance and manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Investigate process and yield issues via root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support process optimisation, qualification, validation and continuous improvement across manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality and Engineering on NPI, transfer and ramp-up.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate performance and improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain process docs and ensure compliance with quality, safety and manufacturing standards.
