Qualifications

• Pursuing Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled data analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience with programming or data analytics tools (Python/Power BI/SQL/JMP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support copper sputter process development for next-gen HBM metallization.
• Perform process characterization and hardware qualification.
• Use AI/data analytics to identify performance trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Manufacturing, Equipment, and Quality teams.
• Prepare reports on characterization, qualification, and improvement proposals.
