Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore invites engineering students to join a 4-month full-time internship in HVM Engineering Process and Equipment Engineering. You will work on superior copper sputter enablement for HBM metallization, applying AI and data analytics to optimize process performance and yield.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-enabled tools for data analytics and decision support.
• Experience with programming or data analytics tools (Python, Power BI, SQL, JMP, or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support advanced copper sputter process development for next-generation HBM metallization.
• Perform process characterization, hardware qualification, and integration assessments.
• Leverage AI tools, Micron manufacturing systems, and data analytics techniques to identify performance trends and generate actionable insights.
• Conduct statistical analysis and machine learning-based evaluations to improve process understanding and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Process Integration, Manufacturing, Equipment, and Quality teams.
