Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical/materials/mechanical/electrical engineering, physics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct defined experiments to investigate chuck temperature effects on wafer thermal behaviour.
• Apply Design of Experiments and statistical analysis to identify significant process-temperature relationships.
• Develop data-driven optimization recommendations to improve robustness, yield and productivity.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to engineering teams and collaborate on project deliverables.
