Job summary

L&K ENGINEERING (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a process engineer to assist design and engineering of process and utility systems in Singapore.

You will work under senior engineers across project phases and coordinate with multiple disciplines to meet client requirements, standards, and regulatory expectations. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in process or utility design, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with PFDs/P&IDs and common design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in process engineering, utility system design, or mechanical design.
• Familiarity with process utility systems (UPW, PCW, CDA, Nitrogen, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficient in engineering drawings and PFDs/P&IDs and MS Office.
• Mandarin is preferred to assist with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and engineering of process and utility systems under guidance of senior engineers.
• Prepare and review design criteria, process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment datasheets.
• Develop system layouts and engineering solutions per client requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Support procurement through technical bid evaluations and vendor coordination.
• Assist in design reviews, site issues, RFIs, and project handovers.
