Job summary

L&K ENGINEERING (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a Mechanical Engineering graduate to assist in design and project coordination for high-tech facilities. You will support HVAC and building services, perform calculations, and prepare drawings and specifications.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and be willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant building services experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with HVAC, chilled water, ventilation and mechanical building services preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for effective communication with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical design and project coordination for semiconductor and high-tech construction projects.
• Support the design and engineering of mechanical systems including HVAC and building services.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and prepare layouts and specifications.
• Prepare and coordinate mechanical drawings and technical submissions.
• Assist in selection and specification of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, fans, and chillers.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated design and site compliance.
