Job summary

IAQ ENGINEERING (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Engineer to lead design, engineering and project execution of process and utility systems for semiconductor and cleanroom facilities.

You will focus on process utility piping, packaged equipment, and full engineering cycle from tender through commissioning. The role requires a solid mechanical/piping background and growing expertise in high-purity piping, process calculations, equipment sizing and control philosophies, with collaboration across

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Strong experience in piping, mechanical systems, process equipment, water-treatment systems or engineered skid systems.
• Good knowledge of P&IDs, piping isometrics, GA drawings and 3D model reviews.
• Experience with technical specifications, material selection, vendor coordination and fabrication support.
• Experience working across engineering, procurement, fabrication and project execution phases.
• Knowledge of ASME and applicable international engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review process utility system designs based on client specifications, design criteria and project requirements.
• Prepare and review PFDs, P&ID, equipment layouts, GA drawings and piping routing.
• Establish system design parameters including flow, pressure, temperature, capacity and operating requirements.
• Perform piping sizing, flow calculations and hydraulic analysis.
• Support sizing and selection of pumps, heat exchangers and other equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal project teams.
• Review and manage vendor drawings, calculations and technical submissions.
• Participate in testing, commissioning and system turnover.
