Job summary

GNA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Semiconductor Process Technician to perform daily process operations and assist in setting up processing equipment in a cleanroom environment.

You will carry out technical tests, collect data, and help prepare charts and reports for engineers. Fresh graduates are welcome, and willingness to work in shifts and occasional weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering.

• Experience in semiconductor or wafer fabrication is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily semiconductor process operations and set up processing equipment.
• Carry out technical tests, engineering experiments, and process splits as required.
• Collect, record and analyze process performance data to support tool start-up and process qualification.
• Prepare technical records, charts, graphs and reports for engineers.
• Monitor equipment and process performance, escalating abnormalities to the engineering team when necessary.
• Support process improvement activities and other engineering tasks as assigned.

Job description

Working Hours: 5 days per week, during normal working hours. Occasional shift work and weekend support may be required.

Job Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with relevant semiconductor or wafer fabrication experience will have an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.
• Good technical, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
