The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, installation, troubleshooting, and engineering change management across global teams. You will analyze equipment and process data, implement hardware modifications, and work with suppliers and manufacturing sites to ensure successful technology transfer

Qualifications

• Hands-on semiconductor equipment installation, startup, maintenance, and qualification experience.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams on equipment improvements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support equipment development activities for PCVD platforms, subsystems, and enabling technologies.
• Conduct hands-on characterization, experiments, and learning plans to evaluate capability and manufacturability.
• Analyze data to identify improvements; implement hardware modifications for performance and cost ownership.
• Support equipment build, installation, startup, qualification, and technology transfer at development and manufacturing sites.
• Troubleshoot complex issues via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, facilities, process engineering, manufacturing, and global teams to meet project objectives.
• Manage engineering change activities including design reviews, validation plans, risk assessments, and tracking.
• Develop equipment roadmaps and Continuous Improvement Projects for EMI readiness and HVM transfer.
• Drive reliability, uptime, and productivity through structured engineering methods and hands-on execution.
