Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Materials Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on semiconductor equipment installation, startup, maintenance, qualification experience.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams on equipment improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support equipment development activities for PCVD platforms and subsystems.
• Perform hands-on characterization, experiments, and learning plans to evaluate capability and reliability.
• Analyze data to identify improvements, drive learning, and mitigate risk.
• Develop hardware modifications to improve performance, reliability, and cost of ownership.
• Support equipment build, installation, startup, qualification and technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
• Troubleshoot complex issues via root cause analysis and effective corrective actions.
