• Able to train engineers and customers.

• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support after-sales service for semiconductor machines.
• Attend service calls, perform preventive maintenance and installation.
• Provide applications support and process guidance.
• Train customers and promote after-sales items and matching projects.
• Handle administrative tasks like quotations and parts orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
