Job summary

Soitec seeks a Project Lead for mechanical and facility systems to manage the delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of utilities and cleanroom equipment at our semiconductor facilities. You will oversee mechanical systems, cleanroom controls, and energy-saving initiatives while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in semiconductor cleanroom management.
• Minimum 2 years as M&E Facilities Engineer in a semiconductor plant.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor tool hookup design, construction management, and tool sign-off procedures would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management to ensure delivery of utilities on time and compliant with quality, safety, and Soitec requirements.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of primary facilities equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, system owners, top management, and other stakeholders to align plans and resolve conflicts.
• Manage documents including drawings, BIMs, and software programs.
• Ensure completion of punch lists and defect lists.
