Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore seeks an AME to uphold production tools on the shop floor, collaborating with process engineers, maintenance and quality teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, system operation, calibration, troubleshooting, installation, testing, reading schematics, safety compliance, documentation, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Technology (or equivalent).
High school diploma with substantial relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machine to ensure reliable performance.
System operation: Operate and monitor equipment and system to ensure they are function optimally.
Calibrate, maintain, and repair electronic semiconductor equipment
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with semiconductor equipment
Install and configure semiconductor equipment
Conduct tests to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawing
Safety and compliance: Follow safety procedure and regulations and ensure all work meets quality standard.
Documentation: Keep detail record of all service performed
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
