Job summary

HPS Partners Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Equipment Maintenance Specialist to support CMP equipment in a semiconductor wafer fabrication facility.

You will troubleshoot faults, perform preventive maintenance, and monitor performance to keep tools ready for production. The role involves rotating shifts and close collaboration with engineers on process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical, electrical or electronics engineering background with semiconductor maintenance

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a relevant Diploma with several years of semiconductor equipment experience.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment faults and restore tools to production promptly.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor tool availability, reliability and performance.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning and ramp-up.
