Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks Associate/Senior Engineer for semiconductor equipment, with 2nd and 3rd shift, basic up to SGD 4,800.

The role involves validating machine performance, providing level 1 support, and assisting process engineers in developing testing and inspection protocols. You will ensure fixtures, jigs, and work instructions are available, input manufacturing data, and support report outputs related to machine quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in automation or electronic or relevant discipline.
• 2 to 5 years experience in semiconductor industry with equipment maintenance or testing engineering in a manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and design-of-experiment; JMP or Minitab would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine performance validation on semiconductor packaging equipment through calibration and testing.
• Provide level 1 support to diagnose and resolve assembly process problems to improve yield and cycle time.
• Support process engineers to develop and qualify inspection protocols and process recipes.
