Job summary

VISIONPOWER Semiconductor Manufacturing Company PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced EHS professional to design, implement and continuously improve environmental, health, safety and industrial hygiene programmes within our semiconductor fab.

You will identify and manage EHS risks, ensure regulatory compliance and guide teams toward safer, more sustainable operations. The role covers hazard assessments, licensing, audits, process safety, emergency response, and the pursuit of ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or science degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in EHS, environmental management or process safety.
• Experience in semiconductor/chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of local EHS regulations and systems.
• Professional certifications such as MOM WSHO or SFSM advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EHS hazard and risk assessments and drive CAPA.
• Manage EHS licenses, testing and regulatory documentation.
• Review fab processes to identify EHS risks and ensure compliance.
• Support process safety and enhance EHS programs and culture.
• Support emergency preparedness through ERC and response activities.
• Collaborate to maintain EHS management systems and certifications.
• Provide technical regulatory support for EHS risks.
• Support sustainability and energy/water conservation initiatives.
• Drive closure of EHS findings with relevant departments.
• Promote EHS awareness via training and campaigns.
• Monitor performance with KPI dashboards and trend analysis.
