Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in semiconductor, manufacturing or related industries.
• Aggressive in meeting sales targets and results-driven.
• Confident, independent, target-driven with proactive prospecting.
• Excellent communication skills and competitive sales approach.
• High degree of commercial acumen with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive SEA sales strategy focusing on semiconductor backend precision tooling and related applications.
• Develop strategic customer relationships and expand coating service accounts.
• Lead and execute sales campaigns, exhibitions, and seminars to generate leads.
• Manage opportunities with clear roadmaps and timelines through the sales process.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular forecasting and activity reports.
