Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Production Technician for a 12-hour shift (day/night) in the Backend Semiconductor sector East area. You will perform product conversions, set-ups, run in-process inspections and ensure production schedules meet customer requirements.

You will support engineers with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, maintain good housekeeping, and comply with Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and mass production with a cleanroom environment.
• Experiences in the backend semicon machinery: Die Attach, Wire Bond, Ball Bonder,Encapsulation, Testers.
• Able to understand & use basic measuring equipment.
• Perform in 12-hour shift (day / night).

Responsibilities

• Performs product conversion, machine & process set-up per production order/requirement
• Operates the machine & performs in-process inspection during production
• Ensures quality product is manufactured on schedule to fulfill customers' requirement
• Assist the Engineer in performing equipment maintenance, process troubleshooting, and repair
• Ensures good housekeeping & proper segregation of wastes
• To comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Policies & procedures of the company
