Job summary

GNA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated maintenance technician to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment within a cleanroom.

You will work with engineers to troubleshoot hardware issues and provide training to colleagues, while coordinating with vendors and ensuring overtime when required. The role requires a Diploma or ITE in a relevant engineering field, experience in semiconductor environments, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts,

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, or Engineering related field.
• Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills applied to problem-solving in technical maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to support teamwork and training.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive working attitude.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, alternating day and night shifts every 2-3 months.

• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot hardware issues and perform corrective maintenance including calibration and parts replacement.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, peer specialists, and external vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Provide advanced training to less experienced colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned, with overtime pay.

• 12-hour shifts (09:00am/pm - 09:00pm/am), working 4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off.
• Location: Woodlands Micron Fab 10.
• Work in a cleanroom environment for extended hours.
