Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a permanent position as an assembly technician.

You will assemble complex mechanical and electrical equipment by interpreting drawings and documentation, with 12-hour shift patterns (day and night). You will perform troubleshooting, calibration, and quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications, operate hand and power tools safely, and participate in cross-training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industries.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechanical and electrical equipment by interpreting engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Perform troubleshooting, precision alignment, calibration, and quality inspections to ensure products meet specs.
• Plan and execute assembly processes efficiently while safely operating hand and power tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
• Participate in cross-training, complete required certifications, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
