Job summary

RecruitFirst in Singapore is seeking a technician to assemble complex mechanical and electrical equipment by interpreting drawings, schematics, and manufacturing docs. You will troubleshoot, align, calibrate, and inspect to meet strict quality standards in a cleanroom environment.

You will work a 12-hour shift pattern (4/3/4/3) with Day allowances of $20 per day and Night allowances of $45 per night. You must lift up to 23 kg and participate in cross-training and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industries.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Assembled complex mechanical and electrical equipment by interpreting engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
• Performed troubleshooting, alignment, calibration, and quality inspections to meet operational and dimensional standards.
• Planned and executed assembly processes, safely operating hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Maintained a clean and safe work environment by adhering to workplace safety regulations and procedures.
• Participated in cross-training, completed required certifications, and supported continuous improvement initiatives.
