Job summary

KLA in Singapore is seeking an engineer to support customers of its semiconductor inspection, metrology and analytics tools. You will demonstrate product value, train users, and collaborate with engineering, marketing and sales to advance adoption.

The role requires a strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to travel up to 70% to customer sites worldwide. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics or Materials Science is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics or Materials Science.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel >70%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer value demonstrations during beta testing and ramp phases.
• Provide product demonstrations to customers and assess applications.
• Characterize tool/algorithm performance and give feedback to Engineering.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues with moderate complexity.
• Educate customers and coordinate activities; build strong relationships.
• Conduct customer product demonstrations and on-site training.
• Document test results and lessons learned in BKMs and reports.
• Prepare demo/test reports and present findings.
