Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in SEM or FIB operation.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Basic understanding of AI, ML or data analytics concepts; experience with AI-assisted image analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide SEM support for various technology nodes of NAND development.
• Coordinate with process/integration engineers on requests and priorities.
• Communicate with Micron team members and supplier representatives regarding tool issues and support items.
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate AI-based SEM image processing and defect classification.
• Troubleshoot tool issues and optimize tool performance for lab operations.
