SEM Performance Marketing Manager

Job summary

Klook, a leading experiences platform, is seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing SEM in Singapore. You will define and execute the global SEM/PMax strategy for hotel and car rental channels, owning P&L and driving growth with an analytical, data-driven approach.

You will report to senior leadership, translate channel data into insights, lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Tech and Supply, and mentor a small team while advancing MarTech and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in Search Marketing (SEM).
• Demonstrated mentoring or management of small teams.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate channel performance into growth.
• Highly analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent English; Mandarin a plus.
• SQL knowledge or programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global SEM/PMax strategy for Hotel and Car Rental channels.
• Own performance reporting for senior leadership and run MBRs/QBRs.
• Partner with Product, Tech and Supply to align marketing needs with roadmaps.
• Drive MarTech and automation to scale and improve accuracy.
• Mentor a small team and ensure high-quality, data-driven decision making.
