Job summary

CANWORKONE.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media, SEO and lead generation efforts from Singapore. You will own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and directly impact growth across multiple business units.

You will manage campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok, drive SEO/ CRO improvements, and optimise the entire customer journey from traffic to conversion. A data-driven, fast-paced environment awaits with autonomy and visibility.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing.
Hands-on managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Solid understanding of SEO, CRO and digital analytics.
Highly analytical and able to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience managing lead generation or ecommerce campaigns with strong ROI focus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid and organic channels to drive customer acquisition.
Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and other digital channels.
Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, traffic and lead generation.
Optimise the entire customer journey—from traffic acquisition to lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates and campaign ROI.
Partner with Ecommerce, Brand and Content teams to develop high-converting landing pages, campaigns and customer experiences.
Analyse campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
Test new channels, audience segments and growth initiatives to continuously improve acquisition efficiency and scale.
