Job summary

Hilton Singapore is seeking a Security Team Leader to assist the Security Executive in guiding on-duty Officers and to cover daily responsibilities in the executive's absence. You will supervise patrols, incident response, training, reporting, and liaison with other departments while upholding Hilton's standards.

The role requires a High School or Vocational education, a PLRD license, and strong knowledge of security, fire control, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational School graduate.
• Valid Security Officer License by PLRD (Police Licensing and Regulatory Department).
• Proficient in hotel security, public security, fire control and management.
• Knowledge of fire and traffic safety laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and incident response on duty.
• Supervise, train and deploy security officers to ensure daily tasks meet standards.
• Prepare accurate reports and liaise with other departments and management.
