Job summary

Hilton Singapore is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations and supervise Security Officers, ensuring life-safety standards are met to safeguard guests, staff, and hotel assets.

You will enforce security procedures, coordinate with other departments, manage incident reporting, and lead training and shift planning to uphold Hilton's standards of professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory security role, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel security operations and life-safety systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency and high-pressure situations.
• Basic literacy in English (written and spoken) to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations during assigned shifts, ensuring patrols are followed.
• Monitor and maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises for security adherence.
• Oversee daily deployment, shift scheduling, and attendance.
• Ensure familiarity with fire safety systems and evacuation routes.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to Engineering.
• Conduct random bag inspections of team members.
• Escort services for cash or valuables when necessary.
• Respond to security incidents and guest concerns professionally.
• Lead, train, and coach Security Officers.
• Uphold Hilton standards of professionalism and conduct.
