Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is hiring for an on-site security technician to install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems across customer sites in Singapore.

The role requires basic technical knowledge of electrical/electronic security systems, the ability to travel to customer sites, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work independently and with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Singaporean applicants only due to worksite requirements.
• Relevant experience in CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, or other security systems will be an advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge in electrical/electronic security systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs or replacement of defective components.
• Attend to customer service requests and provide onsite technical support.
• Configure, test, and commission security systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare service reports and update maintenance records after each service visit.
• Provide quotations and technical recommendations for repair, replacement, or upgrading works.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service and project works.
• Maintain proper handling, usage, and care of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure all work activities comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards, company procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Comply with all company EH&S policies, procedures, and workplace rules.
