Well Established Security Inspection Solutions Company is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead security system projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate daily site activities with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams, and you will conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security system projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate daily site activities with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress meetings.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall work progress.
• Identify project risks, delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate submissions, approvals, and clearances with relevant authorities.
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of security systems.
• Resolve technical issues encountered on-site and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
