Job summary

VikConnect Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intrusion, and AV intercom systems. You will liaise with stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver training and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or IT Computer Science / Networking related field with 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good working knowledge of IP data networks.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in project execution and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage security system projects (CCTV, intrusion, access control, and AV intercom) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning to meet customer requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Attend site meetings to monitor project status and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and designers for progress updates and compliance.
• Procure materials and coordinate timely deliveries to site within budget.
• Deliver training sessions for customers on installed systems.
• Oversee on-site subcontractors to ensure adherence to drawings and instructions.
• Update shop drawings, floor plans, and diagrams before handover.
• Address customer feedback and complaints with corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
