Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory security role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel security operations, life-safety systems, and fire safety procedures.
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations during assigned shifts, ensuring patrol routes and frequencies are followed.
• Monitor and maintain a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises to ensure security procedures are adhered to.
• Oversee daily deployment, shift scheduling, and attendance of Security Officers and Guards.
• Respond to and manage security incidents and guest-related concerns professionally and promptly.
