Job summary

Service Connections HR Consultancy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Programme Manager to lead planning, execution and monitoring of government bug bounty and vulnerability programmes.

You will coordinate with government agencies, manage the vendor relationship, and ensure timely data submission and reporting. The role requires at least five years in managing IT programmes, strong PM skills, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience managing IT or technology programmes
• Experience with bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure, or related cybersecurity programmes is a strong plus
• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor programme operations
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
• Experience managing vendors or contracts and tracking deliverables
• Ability to work with data to track programme metrics and produce reports
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident due to security clearance requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee GBBP, VRP, and VDP runs
• Coordinate with government agencies on programme participation and scoping timelines
• Manage the CVDP vendor relationship, including contract administration and performance oversight
• Support the triage team in preparing reports and liaising with agencies on disputes
• Support procurement and tender exercises, including drafting requirements and evaluating proposals
• Prepare programme reporting, dashboards, and management updates for stakeholders
• Drive stakeholder communications and agency briefings to raise awareness and participation
• Identify and implement process improvements across CVDP operations using specified GovTech platforms
