Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a CVDP Triage Team Lead to guide a triage squad within the Government Bug Bounty Programme. You will manage daily operations, triage vulnerability reports, and collaborate across WoG systems to improve triage quality and speed.

The ideal candidate holds an OSCP or equivalent, a degree in Cybersecurity or CS, and proven mentoring ability, with hands-on experience in Burp Suite/Kali Linux and secure disclosure programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• OSCP certification.
• Familiarity with web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) and remediation options.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a lean triage team, ensuring quality and timely processing of vulnerability reports.
• Perform hands-on triage and validation during peak periods or complex escalations.
• Act as escalation point for complex vulnerability validation and severity decisions.
• Mentor and train triage specialists on analysis, assessment, and documentation standards.
• Own and improve triage SOPs, workflows, and tools, including platform integrations.
• Develop scripts and automation (e.g., Python) to streamline triage processes.
• Liaise with government agencies, system owners, and researchers to facilitate collaboration.
• Analyze vulnerability trends and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
• Undertake additional duties to support programme objectives.
