Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd seeks a Programme Manager to lead the planning, execution and monitoring of GBBP, VRP and VDP, coordinating with government agencies and a bug bounty vendor to ensure success.

The role requires at least five years in IT/programme management, strong vendor and stakeholder management, and excellent English communication. This is a fast-paced position in a public-sector aligned environment, with avenues for process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing IT or technology programmes with security focus.
• Experience managing bug bounty or vulnerability disclosure programmes is a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee GBBP, VRP, and VDP runs.
• Coordinate with government agencies on participation and scoping timelines.
• Manage CVDP vendor relationship, including contract administration and onboarding researchers.
• Support triage team in reports and coordinate with agencies on disputes.
• Support procurement and tender exercises, drafting specifications and evaluating proposals.
• Prepare programme reporting, dashboards, and management updates.
• Drive stakeholder communications and programme outreach.
• Identify and implement process improvements including vibe coding and GovTech platforms to automate workflows.
