Job summary

Shopee is seeking a product leader to own the end-to-end development of security-related business products. You will integrate security strategy with data and AI to identify risks and craft impactful features.

You will collaborate across local and regional ops and engineering to translate requirements into practical product enhancements, leading a team of PMs to improve accuracy and efficiency in Shopee's intelligent risk decision platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time product management experience.
• Prior team management experience preferred.
• Experience in Anti-fraud or security-related product design.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Strong verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle from discovery and design to launch and continuous optimization for business security products.
• Combine deep understanding of security strategy, data, and AI capabilities to identify risk and craft high-impact solutions.
• Partner closely with local/regional ops teams and engineering teams to turn requirements into practical product features.
• Lead a team of product managers to deliver new features for Shopee intelligent risk decision platform, improve accuracy and efficiency.
