Job summary

Shopee seeks a senior technical architect to lead the architecture design and core capability building of the business security platform, leveraging AI/LLM technologies to enable automatic risk discovery, intelligent analysis, and closed-loop governance.

You will design high-performance, scalable backend services for anti-fraud, payments, and account security, build reusable data computing products, and mentor the team while collaborating with product, data, strategy, and platform groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in LLM application development and engineering implementation, with a deep understanding of key technologies such as Context Engineering, AI Agent, Evaluation Framework, Vibe Coding/AI-assisted R&D.
• Experience in architecture design, performance optimization, and stability management for high-concurrency, high-availability, and distributed backend services.
• Proficient in at least one backend programming language, such as Go or Java, with strong engineering practice skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design the business security platform leveraging AI/LLM for end-to-end capabilities.
• Build high-performance, scalable platform services for anti-fraud, payments, and account security.
• Develop data computing and data service capabilities for risk-control decision making.
• Track and apply industry best practices in AI Agent, LLM engineering, and anti-fraud system engineering.
