The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in information security, hands-on Sentinel experience, and strong knowledge of cloud security tools like Defender for Cloud Apps and Conditional Access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of information security experience with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) administration, maintenance and monitoring.
• Experience with Azure Power Apps/workflows for SIEM automation and SOAR; Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise security technologies including DLP, cloud security, vulnerability management, network access control, PKI, Zero Trust, endpoint protection, MFA, firewalls and incident response.
• CISSP certification is highly desirable; CEH, GIAC or CCSP would be advantageous.

They are seeking a Security Platform Engineer (Sentinel) to join their Singapore team and contribute to enterprise-wide security initiatives across multiple regions.

Role

As a Security Platform Engineer (Sentinel), you will play a key technical role in strengthening the organisation's global cybersecurity environment. You will assess and implement security technologies, support major security projects, address complex security issues, and provide senior-level technical guidance to engineering and technology teams. The role will also contribute to security standards, policies and procedures while promoting strong security practices across the organisation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant Information Security experience, supported by a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel, including SIEM administration, maintenance and security monitoring.
• Experience with Azure Power Apps/workflows for SIEM automation and SOAR, together with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, policy configuration and Conditional Access.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise security technologies including DLP, cloud security, vulnerability management, network access control, PKI, Zero Trust, endpoint protection, MFA, firewalls and incident response.
• CISSP certification is highly desirable, while additional certifications such as CEH, GIAC or CCSP would be advantageous.
