Job summary

SAKSOFT LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an Operations Analyst with 1-2 years of relevant experience to support cryptographic operations and data protection.

You will handle SSL/TLS certificate lifecycles, manage keys and certificates, and assist security administration across platforms, with a focus on process discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have a diploma in CS, strong analytical skills, and willingness to work outside regular hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Experience in data encryption, cryptographic technologies and key management practices.
• Good understanding of encryption methodologies, security controls and data protection best practices.
• Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems and enterprise data protection solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles, digital certificates and TLS/SSH security protocols.
• Administer and support SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle including CSR generation, certificate issuance, renewal, deployment and revocation activities.
• Support issuance, renewal and revocation of digital certificates for supported platforms.
• Maintain and support cryptographic keys, certificates and related security infrastructure in line with security standards.
