Job summary

Hiap Seng Engineering is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard premises and personnel. You will patrol property, monitor CCTV and access points, and deter unauthorized entry to protect company assets.

This role includes maintaining physical fitness for shift duties, working 2 day shifts (7:00–19:00) and 2 night shifts (19:00–07:00) per week, and overtime as required with compensation per statutory regulations. A valid PLRD Security Officer Licence is required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid PLRD Security Officer Licence.

Responsibilities

• Patrol company property regularly to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
• Protect company assets by responding promptly to theft, assault, fire, and other safety incidents.
• Maintain physical fitness to perform security duties effectively throughout assigned shifts.
• Work scheduled shifts including 2 day shifts (7:00am–7:00pm) and 2 night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) per week.
• Perform overtime duties as required, ensuring compliance with statutory compensation regulations.
